The apartment was modern, clean, and comfortable. Exceptional location near the beach with sunbeds and umbrellas. Helpful and friendly host. Well-equipped with amenities like aircon, cooking facilities, coffee machine, and beach towels. Impeccable customer service.

Nothing it was perfect.

I had such a fantastic time at the apartment in Kissamos. The location was perfect for exploring all the beautiful places in western Crete like Balos, Falassarna, and Elafonisi. The rooms were impeccably clean and well-designed, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The host even surprised me with traditional bread and dumplings as a welcome gift. The apartment was right by the seaside, with a sandy beach and charming local taverns. I highly recommend Emmanouela's Apts for a relaxing, peaceful, and beautiful vacation. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a wonderful experience.

My partner and I recently had a wonderful stay at Emmanouela's Apts in Kissamos. We were there for a week-long vacation and couldn't have asked for a better experience. Emmanouela and her husband were incredibly friendly, kind, and helpful throughout our stay. The apartments themselves were modern and spotlessly clean, equipped with everything we could possibly need - from air conditioning and cooking facilities to a coffee machine and beach towels. We were even greeted with complimentary wine, raki, and a snack. The location, right by the beach, was unbeatable, and we were able to easily explore nearby attractions such as Balos, Falassarna. this was one of the best apartments we've ever stayed in, and we can't thank Emmanouela enough for her hospitality.

the room was comfortable and newly renovated, with a nice bed and a perfect bathroom. They even provided shampoo, conditioner, and soap. To top it off, we were welcomed with a bottle of wine. the location was great, just steps away from the beach and a short walk to the center of town. the room was cleaned daily and we were provided with fresh towels. the hosts were also very generous, treating us to a round of drinks at the nearby bar. it was a fantastic stay with everything we needed right at our fingertips.

I had a fantastic stay at Emmanouela's Apts in Kissamos. the location was perfect - just a short walk to the beach, supermarket, and bus station. the room was super clean and modernized, exactly like the pictures. the staff were incredibly warm and kind, making the experience even better. They even provided beach towels and a welcome package with red wine, raki, and pastries. the shower in the bathroom was amazing, spacious, and had great water pressure. I had a great experience and would highly recommend Emmanouela's Apts to friends and family.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautifully designed and immaculately clean apartment. the location was perfect, just a short walk to the stunning beach and conveniently close to the bus station. the apartment itself had everything we needed, including air conditioning, a well-equipped kitchen, and a comfortable bed. the bathroom was spacious with a large shower, and the daily cleaning service was a nice touch.

The only minor inconvenience was the small window in the room, but this was easily overlooked considering the overall comfort and cleanliness of the apartment.
